Show me the enjoyment factor: consistency with enjoyable exercise beats perfect exercise you quit. Give me the permission: do exercise you enjoy. Include: whether I need to enjoy exercise to stick with it, what activities I'd actually do consistently, and if fun exercise is better than optimal exercise I hate.
