I work out so I eat more but analyze: am I compensating away my deficit? Map exercise → increased eating pattern. Calculate: am I eating back all calories burned plus more? Show me the compensation awareness: exercise burns this, I'm eating this much more. Give me the decouple protocol: exercise for health, don't reward with food. Include: whether I'm unconsciously eating more on workout days, if exercise is making me hungrier, and how to prevent exercise-induced overeating.
