I try to do everything but analyze: where should I be strategically lazy? Map all tasks: which have disproportionate impact vs. which are low-value. Calculate: if being lazy about low-value tasks frees energy for high-value, what should I neglect? Show me the strategic neglect: do these things poorly or not at all. Give me the laziness permission: these things don't deserve your best effort. Include: what I'm over-efforting on that doesn't matter, where laziness is actually strategic, and what I should deliberately do poorly.
