Calculate: if limiting to 3 projects accelerates completion vs. 10 projects with slow progress, which is better? Show me the project cap: finish these before starting new ones. Give me the limitation rule: no more than X projects at once. Include: whether too many projects is preventing finishing any, how many concurrent projects is optimal, and if focus would accelerate completion.
