Calculate: if work expands to fill time given, what happens with 50% less time? Show me the deadline compression: these projects could be done in half the time. Give me the artificial urgency: set these tighter deadlines, force efficiency. Include: whether generous deadlines are causing slowness, how to use Parkinson's Law to advantage, and if urgency would force better focus.
