I work on many things but analyze: is everything aligned with my actual goals? Map all activities vs. stated goals. Calculate: what percentage of my time actually moves me toward my goals? Show me the misalignment: these activities don't serve any goal. Give me the alignment correction: eliminate these, double down on these. Include: how much time I spend on things that don't serve my goals, whether I'm busy in wrong directions, and what should be eliminated for goal alignment.
