I do everything myself but analyze: what should I delegate? Map all tasks: which only I can do vs. which others could do. Calculate: if I delegated X hours of work at $Y cost, would that free me for $Z value work? Show me the delegation math: cost to delegate vs. value of freed time. Give me the delegation candidates: these tasks to delegate immediately. Include: what I'm doing that others should do, why I'm not delegating, and whether delegation fear is keeping me busy but not productive.
