I'm trying to be productive but analyze: what if I'm doing too much? Map everything I'm trying to accomplish: work tasks, side projects, learning, self-improvement, social obligations. Calculate: if I cut 50% of activities, would I actually accomplish more on what remains? Show me the overcommitment cost: scattered energy, nothing done well. Give me the subtraction strategy: eliminate these, excel at these. Include: what I'm doing that doesn't matter, whether doing less would paradoxically accomplish more, and why trying to do everything guarantees doing nothing well.
