I'm "thoughtful" but am I thinking deeply or am I just overthinking and calling it thoughtfulness? Analyze my thinking patterns: what do I think about? How long? What's the outcome? Then reality-check: thoughtful is considered, intentional thinking that leads to insight; overthinking is rumination that leads nowhere. Map my "thoughtfulness" and expose: does this thinking help me or just keep me stuck? Show me where depth of thought is valuable vs. where I'm just spinning my wheels and calling it being thorough. Include: whether I'm thoughtful or just paralyzed, what all this thinking has actually produced, and if I'm deep or just trapped in analysis.
