I'm a "lone wolf" but did I choose this or did the pack reject me? Analyze my loner status: is this preference or defense? Map my social history: was I always alone or did something change? Then expose: lone wolf by choice is confidence; lone wolf by necessity is calling rejection independence. Show me the truth: did you leave the pack or did the pack leave you? Reveal what happened: were you excluded, rejected, or betrayed and now you've made aloneness your identity? Include: whether I chose solitude or solitude chose me, what I'm calling independence that's actually just pain from exclusion, and if I'm a lone wolf or just lonely.
