I'm a "community organizer" but am I organizing or am I just bossy and found a way to make it sound official? Analyze my organizing: what community? Did they ask? What's my role? Then expose: community organizer responds to community need; bossy person just takes charge. Map my "organizing" and reality-check: am I serving the community or am I just running things and calling it organizing? Show me where this is genuine service vs. where I'm just controlling and giving it a title. Include: whether I'm organizing or just controlling, what the community would say about my "leadership," and if I'm serving or just directing.
